She brings decades of education, training, and leadership experience as well as a deep commitment to service, advocacy, and the well-being of others.

Victoria’s professional background spans education, counseling, and victim advocacy, where she has supported individuals navigating complex life experiences, including trauma, anxiety, and identity reconstruction. She is known for her ability to translate experiences and insight into language that is both accessible and resonant. Her work emphasizes emotional regulation, self-trust, and the intentional process of rebuilding a life grounded in clarity, boundaries, and purpose.

In addition to her writing, Victoria delivers trainings and workshops across military and civilian communities, equipping participants with practical tools for resilience, leadership, and emotional awareness. She is also the founder of a women’s professional development initiative focused on empowerment, growth, and community connection. In 2018, she was honored as a recipient of the YWCA Rhode Island Woman of Achievement Award, recognizing her impact and leadership within the community.
